Can I pick up a shipment at a shipping center?

 

You can. Our offices provide shipping center pick-up service. We recommend that customers call the office to confirm that the goods have arrived before coming for pick-up. Make sure to bring photo ID, such as your ID card or driver's license.

 

Can I have a shipment sent to the nearest consolidation station, and pick it up there?

 

As the name suggests, consolidation stations only provide shipment acceptance services; you should have a shipment sent to one of our offices if you want to pick it up in person.

 

Can I have a shipment delivered on a weekend (Saturday and Sunday)?

 

KTJ no longer provide weekend and holiday deliver services since 2018/1/1, to improve labor condition and shorten working hours in coordination with the competent authority.

 

Do you provide shipping boxes?

 

No. Goods must be packaged in boxes by the customer before they are turned over for shipment. However, we do provide special options, such as customized service and our student plan.

 

Can the customer change the delivery address after goods have been shipped?

 

You can. To do this, please contact the shipper and the shipping center or office. There are two types of situations: (1) A surcharge will be assessed when the goods have not been delivered, and the delivery address is not in the same city or county. (2) A new charge will be calculated if the goods have already been delivered.

 

Student luggage plan

 

The SR (driver) will require the shipper to present student ID when the goods are accepted. (1) Students who ship goods from a school do not need to present identification. (2) New students can present the proof of new student status they obtain when reporting to their school. (3) Graduates can present proof of upcoming graduation.
